a community herbalist based in Lincolnshire and currently studying for a BSc (Hons) in Clinical Herbalism.
My love of plants began in early childhood and has only grown stronger over the years. Today, you’ll often find me tending to my garden and allotment, exploring local hedgerows, foraging with my children, or creating small-batch herbal products inspired by traditional wisdom and modern science and research.
I create holistic remedies and botanical products, including herbal bath blends, balms, salves, tea blends, herbal syrups, and solar-infused oils, all crafted with care and a deep respect for the natural world.
As both a herbalist and a lifelong learner, I believe in a science-backed, accessible approach to herbalism. I’m passionate about bridging traditional plant knowledge with current evidence to help people feel confident and empowered to make informed choices about their health and wellbeing. I’m also dedicated to sharing the wonder of nature with the wider community.
My goal is to create educational workshops and herb walks for children, families, local schools, and adults interested in learning more about herbalism and foraging. From introducing young people to the magic of nature to hosting seasonal workshops, I aim to make plant knowledge accessible, engaging, and welcoming for everyone. Through hands-on experience, we can explore the history, folklore, traditional uses, and modern evidence-informed benefits of the plants growing all around us.
As a mother of three nature-loving children, I understand how important it is to nurture curiosity, encourage time outdoors, and inspire the next generation to appreciate and protect the environment. I believe there’s magic in the everyday world; we just need to slow down and notice it.
Whether you’re looking for handcrafted herbal products, practical plant knowledge, or opportunities to reconnect with nature, I’m so glad you’re here.
